PRARA Corporate Complaint to LBH&F CEO

On November 2nd, PRARA made a formal complaint to Ms. Kim Smith, Chief Executive of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, protesting against the way the traffic management schemes are being implemented in South Fulham, particularly the lack of evidence to support the SW6 LTN scheme and the failure to properly consult with local residents.
